Fees

We are at your disposal to answer your questions.

According to your choice, you will be given an answer within forty-eight hours, seventy-two hours or one week.

You will be informed of the estimated time necessary for processing your question within six hours of your question having been received.

The rate per hour is 170 € net of taxes, more 30% if the answer is given in the 48 hours , more 20% if the answer is given in the 72 hours .

A proposed fee will be enclosed for your acceptance.

Once payment has been made by banker’s card directly on the site, you will receive the answer within the chosen period, i.e. within forty-eight hours, seventy-two hours or one week as from payment of the fees accepted, excepting Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Should you fail to receive a reply from us within three business days, due to circumstances beyond our control, and your e-mail messages do not reach us, or you cannot access us through the website, please do not hesitate to try again.

Cabinet ROZENBLIT cannot be held responsible for technical incidents that occur on the Internet network or on computer equipment whose effect is to lengthen the contractually agreed response time.

As online consultations are dealt with solely on the basis of the information you provide, our responsibility and our answer is limited by this information.

Cabinet ROZENBLIT informs its clients that the content of exchanges between a lawyer and his client is confidential, as is the content of the service of counselling.

In no case can the firm be held responsible for the consequences linked to revelation by the client of the content of the consultation or of the service after receipt thereof. 

Analysis of a complete file cannot be provided in accordance with the present conditions,

Such processing requires that all of the documents be sent by post and that a file be opened with the firm, resulting in the client and Cabinet Rozenblit reaching an agreement on the terms of payment of separate fees.

Cabinet ROZENBLIT does not answer questions concerning the law on town planning, the law on civil service or the law on territorial government.
